Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage with the public in
malls, supermarkets, tech parks, and residential areas
to raise awareness about the organisation’s work.
Inspire individuals to
sign up for monthly giving programs
to support our cause.
Clearly and confidently communicate the goals, impact, and mission of the organisation.
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback sessions for performance improvement.
Represent the organisation with
professionalism and empathy
in all public interactions.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years
of experience in
face-to-face fundraising
, direct sales, or customer interaction roles.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(fluency in English and local language preferred).
Energetic, confident, and passionate about
social causes and public engagement
.
Willingness to work in
outdoor public spaces
and flexible with working hours (including weekends if required).
Target-driven mindset with the ability to
handle rejection positively
.
