Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Hyderabad) – TrueColours Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE) Location: Hyderabad Company: TrueColours About the RoleTrueColours is looking for energetic and dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, promote company products, and build strong client relationships across Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned market areas to promote and sell TrueColours products Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and customer interactions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features Ensure brand visibility and merchandising at retail points Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/manager with field activities Support promotional activities, campaigns, and on-ground events Required Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, consumer products, paint/colour industry preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Comfortable with extensive field travel within Hyderabad Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Salary & Benefits Fixed salary (based on experience) Career progression opportunities within the sales hierarchy Who Should Apply Candidates who are motivated, target-oriented, customer-friendly, and eager to build a career in field sales.
