Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare daily visit reports and update MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
Follow up with customers for documentation and closures.
Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile Field Sales Executive

Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on role requirement)
0–3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Experience in
Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, FMCG, or Telecom sales
will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and customer meetings
Ability to explain products clearly and confidently
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, mobile apps, and reporting
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
Familiar with local market and assigned territory
Ready to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated
