Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Align strategies with organizational objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through detailed market research, industry networking, and competitor analysis. Proactively generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure consistent team growth and success.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Monitor competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives. Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
