Job Description

Job Responsibilities  Maintain discipline on primary sales.  Identifying new business opportunities, planning projects, and developing strategies to built new sales network.  Plan new territory (in assigned cluster) and business development, including market entry strategies.  Maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, research, and industry events.  Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, distributors and stakeholders.  Prepare new sales reports and forecasts for management and generate regular reports on market trends and business activities.  Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and achieve revenue.  Understanding the target customer, market opportunities, and effective outreach channels to drive success.  Implement new company policies in team and market. Requirements :  A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field.  More than 03 Years of experience in FMCG sales, with a track record of achieving sales.  Candidate must have excellent communication with regional language.  Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.  Good understanding of the local FMCG-market, especially in the assigned cluster.  Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and customer.
