Job Overview We are looking for sales representative for selling of our company’s products in the retail market, Our products are like, Regular Flours, Healthy Flours, Instant Mixes (i.e.. Atta, Maida, Suji etc.). Requirements  Any 12th Pass can apply.  06 Month to 01 Years of experience in Field Sales.  Good understanding of the local market, especially in the assigned area.  Candidates are required to have their own vehicle, a smartphone, and a power bank. These are essential tools for carrying out the responsibilities effectively.

Job Responsibilities  Maintain discipline on primary sales.  Identifying new business opportunities, planning projects, and developing strategies to built new sales network.  Plan new territory (in assigned cluster) and business development, including market entry strategies.  Maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, research, and industry events.  Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, distributors and stakeholders.  Prepare new sales reports and forecasts for management and generate regular reports on market trends and business activities.  Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and achieve revenue.  Understanding the target customer, market opportunities, and effective outreach channels to drive success.  Implement new company policies in team and market. Requirements :  A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field.  More than 03 Years of experience in FMCG sales, with a track record of achieving sales.  Candidate must have excellent communication with regional language.  Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.  Good understanding of the local FMCG-market, especially in the assigned cluster.  Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and customer.
