Field Sales Executive- ROI

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a key role in driving our business success through the implementation of a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations - Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications to their managers - Collaborate with team members, gather feedback from customers or prospects, and share with the internal team to achieve better results - Record sales and order information and report the same to the internal team - Keep track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team The following are the skill sets and experience required for this role: - 3-5 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive - Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach - Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office - Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
