Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience or interest in smart home automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients (homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders), demonstrating products, and closing sales on-site. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and scheduled appointments. Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and electrical contractors. Demonstrate smart home automation products (e.g., lighting, security, climate control, voice control). Conduct on-site product presentations and consultations to understand customer needs. Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals based on client requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, installation planning, and post-sales support. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly progress reports to management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Proven field sales experience in home automation, consumer electronics, electricals, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic technical knowledge of smart devices and IoT solutions is a plus. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings. Comfortable using CRM tools and mobile apps for sales tracking.
