Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our business in out-of-Gujarat markets. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, developing new distributors/clients, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales visits in assigned out-of-Gujarat territories
• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and retailers
• Promote company products and explain features, pricing, and benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Represent the company professionally during travel and meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in outstation or inter-state sales
• Knowledge of distributor-based sales model
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
