Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: Rentokil PCI, the leading pest control service provider in India formed through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include identifying and securing pest control business opportunities, developing new business within existing and new customer bases, managing day-to-day sales activities, supporting the service team, and providing reports as required. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and secure long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. - Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases. - Ensure customer retention by meeting ongoing expectations. - Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development. - Provide customer feedback to support the service team. - Develop strong client relationships. - Generate reports as per the requirement. - Assist with debt collection. Qualifications Required: - Sales experience of at least 2-5 years. - Graduates and freshers can also apply. - Good interpersonal and networking skills. - Effective communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work as a supportive team member. - Possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.
