Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the studio domain. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting studio services, building strong relationships, and driving sales through on-ground efforts. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:Visit potential clients including studios, influencers, photographers, event planners, or salon owners (depending on domain). Pitch our studio services and membership packages to generate new business. Conduct on-site meetings, demos, or studio tours to showcase offerings. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools. Provide feedback from the field to help improve service offerings. Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams. Requirements:1 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in studio, fitness, wellness, or service-based industries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Willingness to travel locally for client visits. Good presentation skills and confident in face-to-face selling. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
