Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at RK Jewellers, you will play a crucial role in our mission to establish ourselves as India's leading jewellery brand. Your primary responsibility will be to personally engage with potential customers in Buxar and surrounding areas, building strong relationships based on trust and quality to convert them into loyal customers. You will be the face of RK Jewellers, promoting our offers, schemes, and jewellery collection with enthusiasm and clarity to meet and surpass sales targets consistently. We are seeking individuals who are not freshers and are not afraid of hard work. We are looking for A-Players who are driven by success, approach sales as a challenge, and have the ability to turn their efforts into tangible results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of field sales experience, preferably in the jewellery sector, although exceptional performers from FMCG, finance, insurance, or retail backgrounds will also be considered. Your success in this role will depend on your strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi (proficiency in English is a bonus), your willingness to put in dedicated daily effort, your high energy and target-oriented mindset, and your ability to establish trust quickly with customers. This is an on-site role based in or around Buxar. In return for your dedication and performance, RK Jewellers offers a competitive salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 based on your experience and achievements.
