Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive Location: ajmer Department: Sales / Retail Banking Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to new and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell credit cards to individual and corporate clients through field visits, telecalling, and other sales channels. Generate leads through various sources such as field activities, referrals, and networking. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and verification processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams for processing and follow-up on applications. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline . Experience: 1–3 years in direct sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card sales. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer and documentation skills.
