Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Executive based in Bilaspur. The Field Sales Executive will identify and connect with potential clients, pitch Paytm's products and services, and successfully acquire new customers. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, ensuring product adoption, and resolving customer queries to ensure satisfaction. The role demands regular travel within the assigned territory, market research, and maintaining a thorough understanding of Paytm's offerings.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities
Problem-solving skills and Customer Service orientation
Ability to utilize Technology and Payment Solutions in sales processes
Experience in market analysis and understanding customer needs
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Prior experience in field sales or the digital payment industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
