Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Field Sales Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants, explaining the benefits of Paytm’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes conducting regular follow-ups with merchants, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and objectives
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of digital payment systems, including UPI and merchant services, is a plus
Ability to work in an on-site, field-based environment
Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Varanasi market is advantageous
Graduate or diploma in any field with prior experience in sales preferred
