In a Nutshell Full time Based in Pune Super Early Stage 1 - 3 years working in any field sales In this Role you will Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oros gold loan products. Be responsible for lead generation Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities. What we're looking for in a candidate Languages - Marathi (Hindi) and English are a must.
