Our goal is to make procurement simple, affordable, and reliable for the hospitality industry. Position Overview: We are seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Kerala to promote and grow HotelValueMart.com among hotels, resorts, and ayurvedic centers in districts of the state. The role involves visiting potential customers, explaining the website, assisting in registration and order placement, and meeting monthly sales targets. Current Focus Districts: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur Key Responsibilities: Visit hotels, resorts, homestays, and ayurvedic centers in assigned districts. Explain HotelValueMart.com's products and benefits to owners and purchase managers. Register new customers and assist them in placing online orders. Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals effectively. Maintain and submit daily visit and order reports. Follow up with customers for repeat orders and feedback. Maintain professional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales / FMCG / hospitality supplies (freshers with good communication skills may apply) Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (mandatory) Should be fluent in Malayalam; basic English or Hindi preferred Must be self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented Compensation & Benefits:  During Probation (First 3 Months): Fixed Salary: Rs. 15,000 per month Local Travel Allowance (TA): Rs. 200 per day (for field visits) Incentive: detailed in below section After 3 Months (Confirmed Employee): Fixed Salary: Rs. 18,000 per month Local Travel Allowance: Rs. 200 per day Continued incentive eligibility After 6 Months (Based on Performance Review): Fixed Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month Local Travel Allowance: Rs. 200 per day Continued incentive eligibility   Sales Incentive Structure: 1.5% of monthly sales exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 2.5% of monthly sales exceeding Rs. 5,00,000 (on the exceeded portion) Incentive Calculation Illustration:   If monthly sales = Rs. 3,00,000: Sales exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 = Rs. 1,00,000 Incentive = 1.5% of Rs. 1,00,000 = Rs. 1,500   If monthly sales = Rs. 6,00,000: Sales between Rs. 2,00,001 and Rs. 5,00,000 -> Rs. 3,00,000 x 1.5% = Rs. 4,500 Sales above Rs. 5,00,000 -> Rs. 1,00,000 x 2.5% = Rs. 2,500 Total Incentive = Rs. 7,000     Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Work Type: Full-time, Field-based Other Details: Must submit daily visit and order reports Regular coordination with head office via phone/WhatsApp/email Full training and product knowledge will be provided   How to Apply: Email: anuj@hotelvaluemart.com WhatsApp: 9650940808 (Use subject: "Field Sales Executive - Kerala")
