Field Sales Executive - North State

You will be responsible for 100% field sales in the North region. Your main duties will include identifying new sales opportunities by utilizing cold calling, emailing, and networking events to reach out to potential prospects. You will need to set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements and concerns, and effectively address them. Additionally, you will be conducting discovery calls, product demos, and following up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships. It will be your responsibility to prepare daily and monthly sales reports highlighting critical targets and trends on a quarterly basis. Analyzing the data to enhance the sales approach across the sales funnel will also be essential. As part of your role, you will be expected to create customer and competitors mapping while preparing the monthly sales report. You will also need to adhere to ISO standards when preparing various reports such as Inquiry, Sample, Order monitoring, customer Satisfaction, and Complaint Register. Maintaining a daily traveling expense sheet and submitting it to the head on a daily basis is also required. Negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints or objections, and collaborating with other departments like marketing, production, and customer service to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets are crucial aspects of the role. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences is expected. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a yearly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is also desirable. The work location is in person.,
