Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct on-ground visits to prospective customers as assigned in your territory.
Engage potential customers /sellers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available properties and convert them.
Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and encourage on-site visits.
Pitch NoBrokers products and services to homeowners, landlords, and small property partners.
Negotiate deals between clients & buyers, ensuring a
win-win agreement
.
Achieve monthly targets for monetization, service activations, and closures.
Educate clients about product offerings, USPs, and benefits.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Cross-sell additional
NoBroker services
to provide a complete home-buying experience.
Nurture leads to build a strong
sales pipeline
and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Stay updated on
market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand
.
Provide regular
market feedback and insights
to improve offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven sales experience, preferably in
real estate
or a similar field. Candidate should be okay for
both calling & field role
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and persuasion
skills.
Ability to
handle objections and close deals effectively
.
Strong knowledge of the
local property market
.
Target-driven mindset with a
customer-first approach
.
Own a two-wheeler and a DL is must
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and the local language
.
Availability to work
6 days a week (including weekends)
.
Location: Should be residing within 10–15 km of the work area
