Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell a range of plywood products to customers including wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and end-users. Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of plywood products, specifications, quality standards, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales effectively and profitably. Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and queries related to product quality, delivery schedules, and other sales-related concerns. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecast trends, and report on key metrics to management. Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the product range and expand the customer base. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
