Job Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to promote
Mahhika Pure Incense
products.
Achieve monthly sales targets through direct field sales and new customer acquisition.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and ensure regular order follow-ups.
Identify and approach potential new clients in assigned territories.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper display, visibility, and placement of Mahhika products at retail outlets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (any stream).
02 years of field sales experience preferred (FMCG/Incense/Agarbatti sector preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and convincing ability.
Must own a
two-wheeler

valid driving license
, and
smartphone
.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and punctual.
