About Us:

JJ Trading Co is a fast-growing company in the building materials and hardware industry, known for quality products and excellent service. We are expanding our market presence and are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit retail and building material shops in assigned areas
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity
• Collect payments and ensure timely invoicing
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the sales manager
• Coordinate with the internal office team for dispatch and delivery
• Travel within the district/city as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales (experience in hardware or construction material sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone
• Basic knowledge of billing/invoicing
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Diploma
