Were building the future of smart, self-paced learning through PDF-based interaction, AI tutor assistance, and rich learning analytics for educators and parents. As we expand rapidly, We are seeking energetic and proactive Field Salespeople. This position involves field work and end-to-end sales and marketing activities, aiming to drive brand awareness and encourage product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales: Approach prospective users, explain product features, and persuade them to sign up or learn more about the product.
  • Lead Collection: Collect contact details from interested individuals for potential follow-ups by the inside sales team.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits and address basic queries about the product.
  • Market Feedback: Share on-ground insights and feedback with the team to help refine strategies.
  • Event Support: Participate in street campaigns, promotional events, and activations as required.

Requirements

  • Education: graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Prior field sales or marketing experience preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, outgoing personality, ability to persuade.
  • Willingness to stand and work outdoors for several hours daily.
  • Reliability: Punctual, honest, and committed to meeting daily targets.
  • Language: Proficiency in local language(s); English advantage.
