Role Overview

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients, retailers, and distributors for Hazel Cosmetics products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with salons, cosmetic stores, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Maintain accurate sales reports and submit MIS updates to management.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred, not mandatory).
