Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for B2B / B2C sales, client acquisition, retailer/distributor management, and revenue growth . The role is 100% target-based with attractive incentives for high performers. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new clients, retailers, and distributors for Hazel Cosmetics products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Build and maintain strong business relationships with salons, cosmetic stores, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth. Maintain accurate sales reports and submit MIS updates to management. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
