As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our on-ground sales team across key cities in Maharashtra.

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products, and closing sales within the assigned territory. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of local markets, and the ability to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region (Latur / Nagpur / Amravati)
• Meet with potential customers, contractors, and project managers to pitch company products and solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager on activities, leads, and conversions
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream (Engineering/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, steel products, or construction-related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Knowledge of the local language (Marathi) and market is essential
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city and nearby areas

Pay: ₹10,273.34 - ₹29,115.02 per month
