Job Summary The Sales Associate will be pivotal in driving the successful rollout of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services within the designated territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing customer acquisition, and managing various aspects of the FTTH business operations to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive the rollout of FTTx services by achieving sales targets and maximizing customer acquisition. Manage Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) business operations through collaboration with multiple business team members. Appoint distributors and Local Cable Operators (LCOs) as channel partners for distribution. Plan and monitor the survey team for city mapping and identifying deployment areas. Identify and prioritize areas in the city for network deployment. Sign up new Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and distributors through formal agreements. Manage building permissions and acquisitions necessary for network deployment. Plan material and manpower deployment for new area rollouts. Direct the acquisition team to address permission-related issues efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful FTTH connectivity rollout. Handle new order bookings and customer installations in connected buildings. Resolve challenges and obstacles to ensure smooth deployment and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Education: MBA/PGDM/MMS in Marketing/Sales. Experience: 3-8 years of experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Key Skills: Stakeholder management. High digital proficiency (tech-savviness). Ability to make decisions in a team environment. Capability to make data-driven decisions. Customer, growth, and result orientation. Preferred Skills Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience Minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
