Position: Field Sales Executive – Lead Generation Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Conduct regular visits to construction sites to identify sales opportunities and secure orders. Paste and hang promotional materials at construction sites ⁠Identify potential sites and update their status in the CRM system. Collect site and customer details and route information from the assigned telecallers and visit them in person Follow up on leads and collaborate with the telecallers to convert them into business opportunities. Distribute product samples Ensure all assigned tasks and targets are completed on time. Adhere to company reporting formats and guidelines. Candidate Profile We’re seeking a dynamic professional with: Male only Age 25+ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials is required. A degree or diploma with a track record in selling construction materials is essential. Candidates with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering will be given preference. Candidate should be married.
