Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with strong experience in the women’s garments industry, capable of handling offline sales, dealer visits, and hospital/pharma tie-ups. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion sales, confident in field interactions, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle offline B2B sales for women’s and maternity wear.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and hospitals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand brand presence across cities.
Conduct regular market visits and travel to assigned regions.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s garments field sales (mandatory).
Should be comfortable with frequent travel across South India.
Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Strong network and market knowledge in the women’s garment sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
