Field Sales Executive

Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our Home Scan Team. In this role, you will visit customers’ homes, perform smile scans, explain the aligner treatment process, and support the conversion of consultations into sales.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy people interaction, fieldwork, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes for smile consultations and perform scans using 3D scanning devices.
• Explain the aligner treatment process, benefits, and pricing options.
• Achieve assigned monthly consultation and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the central operations and sales teams for scheduling & follow-ups.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and excellent customer experience during each visit.
• Accurately maintain consultation records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Handle daily field travel within the assigned territory.
• Handle and transport the company-provided scanner bag (weighing up to 8 kg) during field visits.

Requirements Education:Graduate in any field

Experience: 1–3 years in B2C sales, field sales, home demos, health-tech, FMCG, insurance, or similar domains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and target-driven. Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer interaction.

Basic tech proficiency (CRM apps, scanning devices, mobile tools).

Bike is mandatory for this role.
Compensation CTC Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Travelling Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
