Job Description

We Maharashtra Fire Services Authorized Licensed Contractor for design & Execution of Fire Fighting Systems, We are looking candidates for sales of Fire Fighting System, Candidate should have experience in following product categories. Should be well connected with manufacturing & Builder industry in and around Pune.

Fire Fighting System
Fire Hydrant System
Fire Sprinkler System
Fire alarm System
Fire Suppression System
Fire Extinguisher

He should have well established contacts with Infrastructure companies, Turnkey Civil contracts, Project management consultants, MEP Consultants, Builders, Architects & Structural Consultants.

Responsibilities:

To do sales call On Field
Generate Leads for Fire Fighting Systems from ongoing construction sites
Get the required details for proposal preparation
Submit Proposals
Follow up on Quotations for closures
Daily reporting and updates
Order closure
Hand holding and coordination of project team and customer as and when required while project execution.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience from Fire Fighting / Construction / Project Sales Market Segment.
Should be well versed with Construction industry in Pune & PCMC
Should know about existing trends in the market
Should have Established contact sphere of Builders, Developers in real estate market, Project Management Consultant (PMC), Architects, Fire Fighting Consultants, Plumbing consultants, Turnkey Civil Contractors, Infrastructure Companies, MEP Consultants.

Qualifications:

Any graduate / Post - graduate required
MBA / BA / BE preferred
Industry experience required
