Agriculture or Any Graduate Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting potential clients, and achieving targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach retailers for on-boarding in the assigned field territory. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential clients for opening franchises. Promote and demonstrate renewable energy and AgriTech products. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support strategy. Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain records of sales and client interactions. Coordinate with the back office and CRM team for order processing and support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Agriculture / Business / Marketing). Proven field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in local language(s) is a must. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
