Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and dynamic Field Sales Representative to market and sell textile chemicals and auxiliaries to garment export houses and fabric processing mills in the Delhi NCR region.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience, good knowledge of chemistry, and hands-on experience in conducting product trials and demonstrations at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment export houses, fabric mills, and textile processors.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of textile chemicals, dyes, and auxiliaries to prospective customers.
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical presentations at customer premises in coordination with the technical team.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
• Prepare visit reports, maintain customer records, and share market feedback with management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Technical, Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in textile chemicals, dyes, or auxiliaries.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of textile processes and chemical applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct product trials and technical discussions with customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for daily customer visits.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

Compensation:

• Travel and fuel reimbursement as per company policy.

A result-oriented professional who understands both sales and chemistry, enjoys being on the field, and can independently generate and convert leads through consistent effort and strong technical engagement with customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
