Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

 

  1. Achieve daily targets for customer acquisition and wallet top-ups from new customers.

 

  1. Set up canopy/standee inside Reliance stores or gated societies to drive new customer onboarding.

 

  1. Highlight Milkbaskets advantages over other similar services/applications.

 

  1. Track daily/weekly customer onboarding and strive to exceed targets.

 

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with society management for smooth execution of activations.

 

  1. Gather customer feedback and suggest new initiatives to improve services and offers. Communicate on-ground challenges.

 

  1. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills (regional language proficiency is essential).

 

  1. Ensure a well-groomed appearance.

 

  1. Have a good understanding of the city's topography.

 

  1. Door to door activity 

 

Skill Required:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Need a presentable look.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license

  

 

Qualifications :

Education : 12th Pass
