Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and convert a sales pipeline for industrial automation products (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers, conveyors, sensors, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain related documentation.
  • Follow up on orders and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with pre- and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
  • Submit sales plans, pipeline updates, order and payment follow-ups, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate BE/B.Tech in

    Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)

    or related field
  • Experience: 2 To 8 years in industrial field sales (automation/packaging machinery preferred)
  • Skills: English fluency, strong communication, negotiation, basic computer proficiency, customer handling, and independent working capability
  • Other: Two-wheeler with valid license and willingness to travel extensively
