The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and promoting our range of CAD/CAM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and service for CNC machine tools. Demonstrate expertise in SolidCAM or relevant CAM software. Operate and manage Robot Operation Systems to assist customers. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Qualifications: Proven experience with CNC machine tools. Proficiency in SolidCAM or similar CAM software. Familiarity with Robot Operation Systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
