Field Sales Development Manager

As a Field Sales Development Manager (FSDM) at True Value Channel Dealerships, your role involves the development of Human Capital to ensure the adequacy of manpower as per business needs. Your key responsibilities include: - Training & Development of True Value Dealership Manpower to enhance their skills and productivity. - Designing & Implementing Reward & Recognition Schemes to motivate and retain quality manpower. - Monitoring HR Practices at True Value Dealerships to ensure compliance and effectiveness. - Making the Dealer Principal understand the importance of Human Capital in Dealership operations. - Implementing benchmark HR Practices at Dealerships for continuous improvement. - Selecting, Recruiting & on-boarding quality Manpower at Dealerships to maintain workforce quality. - Managing Attrition of quality manpower at Dealerships by addressing their needs and concerns. - Ensuring the productivity of manpower aligns with business needs for optimal performance. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be interacting with various stakeholders such as Territory Managers, Regional Managers, Zonal Heads, Commercial Business Head, Sales Training Team, and members of other departments within the True Value Division. In terms of dimensions, you will be responsible for recruiting/on-boarding 200-250 manpower at True Value Dealerships, certifying 150-200 manpower, conducting 80-100 training programs, and organizing 3000+ training man-days in a fiscal year. As for qualifications, you are required to have an MBA/PGDM with BE/BTech/B.Sc. from AICTE/UGC approved colleges and possess 5-8 years of experience in a managerial role.,
