Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and client-oriented Field Sales & Client Relationship Executive to drive B2B business development in the beauty and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with salons, beauty clinics, and distributors, while effectively promoting our product range. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role. π― Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new B2B clients such as salons, beauty salons, dermatology clinics, and cosmetic retailers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and timely product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling sessions, and training presentations for salon staff and decision-makers. Generate leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, and industry events. Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets within assigned territories. Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies. Keep detailed records of visits, client communications, and sales using CRM tools or Excel reporting. π Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetology, or a related field. 1β4 years of B2B sales or client servicing experience, Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Passion for the beauty and personal care industry; product knowledge is a plus. Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits.
