The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients/customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and generating leads or bookings. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote beauty & skincare services or products. Follow up with existing leads and convert them into appointments or sales. Provide detailed information about services, pricing, offers, and product benefits. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues when needed. Coordinate with the sales or salon team for booking confirmations. ✅ Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry). Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi,Telugu Convincing and confident telephone manner. Basic knowledge of beauty/personal care products is a plus.
