Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in risk management and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats to the organization.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management and mitigation.
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on risk-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management and analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar organizations.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
