Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and field positions (drivers, helpers, sweepers, field executives, etc.) Source candidates through local networks, job fairs, field visits, referrals, placement agencies, and social media platforms Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess suitability Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Coordinate with operations / site teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines. Organize and manage mass hiring campaigns in local communities Work closely with Project Managers, Site In-Charges, and HR Managers to understand manpower gaps and plan accordingly. Track and report daily recruitment status, candidate pipeline, and joining ratio. Share weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards with management
