Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our growing team in the two-wheeler automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana (TS), ensuring effective manpower planning, candidate acquisition, and field-level hiring. The role also demands enhancing operational efficiency and supporting revenue-driven hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Identify and fulfill manpower requirements across dealerships and company-owned locations in AP & TS.

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various sales, service, and support roles.

Coordinate with line managers for interviews and closures.

Candidate Acquiring Activities:

Conduct field drives, job fairs, and local sourcing campaigns.

Develop strong networks with ITIs, training canters, and other sourcing channels.

Maintain a candidate database and pipeline for recurring positions.

Operational Efficiency:

Reduce hiring TAT (Turnaround Time) through strategic planning and proactive sourcing.

Ensure timely documentation, on boarding, and induction of new hires.

Maintain hiring dashboards and generate weekly recruitment reports.

Revenue Generation Support:

Hire skilled manpower for sales and service teams to meet business and revenue goals.

Align recruitment efforts with market demand and sales targets.

Collaborate with business teams to understand manpower needs tied to revenue performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of positions closed monthly across AP & TS.

Number of candidates acquired through field initiatives.

Reduction in hiring TAT and increased process efficiency.

Recruitment impact on revenue growth through timely manpower deployment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in field recruitment (preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry).

Strong understanding of local markets in AP & TS.

Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
