About the Role

Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for

  industrial and blue-collar roles

  (delivery boys, warehouse staff, operators, technicians, helpers, drivers, etc.).
• Conduct

  field visits

  to client locations, industrial areas and labor hubs for talent acquisition.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through field recruitment drives, job fairs, referrals, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and shift schedules.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including

  sourcing, interviews, onboarding and joining formalities

  .
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labor regulations during recruitment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, training institutes, and labor contractors.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, turnaround time, and fulfillment ratios.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and support candidates through onboarding and deployment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1+ years of experience in

  field recruitment / blue-collar / industrial staffing

  .
• Strong sourcing skills through

  field hiring, vendor networks, referrals and job portals

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse workforce.
• Willingness to travel frequently to

  industrial zones and client locations

  .
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and workforce management will be an added advantage.
