Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent in the field, ensuring that our recruitment goals are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct field recruitment activities to source and attract candidates in designated regions. Build and maintain relationships with local talent pools and community organizations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent. Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a field recruiting role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online sourcing techniques. Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in India.
