Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce (riders).
Conduct field visits for sourcing and onboarding delivery riders.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet business requirements.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Track and report recruitment metrics on a regular basis.
Ensure candidates meet company standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in blue-collar or mass hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on-field and travel within the assigned area.
Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
Familiarity with local geography and sourcing channels preferred.
