Job Title: Field Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Blue Collar Profiles) Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable (Petrol allowance provided by company) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Recruiter to support our large-scale hiring needs, primarily for blue-collar positions (e.g., delivery executives, warehouse staff, helpers, drivers, etc.). The ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively and must own a two-wheeler. Petrol allowance will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to source and recruit candidates for blue-collar job roles. Liaise with local job consultants, training institutes, and labor contractors to generate a candidate pipeline. Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in drives. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews of potential candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain daily reporting. Maintain database of sourced and placed candidates. Meet daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements. Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field recruitment, especially in bulk hiring for blue-collar roles. Strong local network and understanding of sourcing channels for blue-collar manpower. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
