Field Partner Executive - Bhopal

As a Field Partner Manager, your primary responsibility will be to conduct field visits to existing partners in order to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with identifying and acquiring new partners through strategic prospects and lead generation. It will be crucial for you to educate partners and customers about our products, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to partners to ensure their understanding of product usage, best practices, and resolving any queries or issues that arise. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments will be essential to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. To excel in this role, you should have 1-6 years of proven work experience, with a focus on Partner Acquisition, Software/Hardware Sales, and opening current accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively interact with partners and customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities are essential to successfully close deals and partnerships. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals will be key to your success. You must also possess a 2-wheeler bike and a valid driver's license for field visits. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively are also important traits for this position.
