Field Partner Executive

As a Field Partner Manager, you will be responsible for conducting field visits to our existing partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve identifying and acquiring new partners through strategic prospects and lead generation. It will be essential to educate partners and customers about our products, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Providing guidance and support to partners, ensuring their understanding of product usage, best practices, and resolving any queries or issues that arise will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have 1-6 years of proven work experience, particularly in Partner Acquisition, Software/Hardware Sales, and opening current accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with partners and customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities will be required to successfully close deals and partnerships. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. Possession of a two-wheeler bike and a valid driver's license for field visits is necessary. Your ability to work independently and manage time effectively will also be valuable in this role.
