Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Operate field equipment such as agitators, compressors, continuous process units (e.g., reactors, heat exchangers), filters, and DCS systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any anomalies or concerns to supervisors.
Operate field instruments such as DCS, PLCs, and SCADA systems to monitor and control plant operations.
Report Unsafe Acts/Conditions and Near Misses; comply with all EHS standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in Field Operations or related field (chemical industry preferred).
Diploma holder in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience in chemical process plant field operations (preferably Fertilizer / Sulphuric Acid / Phosphoric Acid / Ammonia / Utilities).
Strong understanding of DCS operation, plant operations, field instrumentation & control systems.
Proficiency in operating various types of equipment such as compressors, agitators, reactors, etc.
