Manager - Production

Role & responsibilities

• Production Planning & Delivery
• Manpower, Machine, & Raw material management
• Active participation in ERP activity (SAP) for all the transactions-Mainly BOM, Material consumption, FG outward, TECO, Change control, all MIS reports etc.
• Active participation in all statutory audits-of QMS, Customers, CDSCO, US FDA, ISO9001, ISO13485 Local FDA etc.
• To strictly maintain safety aspects of processes, man, machine & products’ in the designated area of working.
• Coordination for On time deliveries with Supply Chain-Planning, Purchase, Sales & Marketing & Stores
• Active participate & contribute to Customer complaint handling.
• Conduct on job Training to Sub-ordinate
• Active participate & contribute in CAPA closing.
• Review & acknowledge the received indent, create batch and approve Batch Manufacturing Record, accordingly.
• Active participation in New Product development
• Request, receive and verify the Raw Material for production
• Co-ordinate between Maintenance team & production for machine maintenance
• Ensure committed delivery schedules for International Business.
• ‘Manpower-machine-material’ utilisation and allocation of the work as per the process- Productivity
• Conduct daily internal meetings and participate in the production review meetings.
• Monitor Batch yield & Rejection % c.
• Active participate & contribute to Customer audit, Vendor evaluation.
• Active participate & contribute to new machine validation, Process validation.
• Active participation & contribution in Safety, Works committees
• Active participate & contribute to continuous improvement in quality of the products.
